Agendas and Minutes

The quickest and easiest way to find agendas and minutes is to click on the year you require and then find the meeting you are interested in. Alongside you will see the Agenda, Minutes and supporting documents. Click on ‘Download’ or ‘real all’ to read the document. From there you can download a copy to your device or print one out by selecting the appropriate icon shown in the top right of that screen.

You can view a full list of past and future meetings and our Council Meetings Calendar, here you will also find all papers associated with each meeting linked to the calendar entry.

Please note that until minutes have been approved at the following meeting, they are in draft form and could be subject to amendment. You are therefore advised not to take action on draft minutes.
