Citizens Advice Help to Claim Service

Citizens Advice are pleased to announce that they are back for a 6th year providing our Help to Claim service for residents of  Northamptonshire.

Help to Claim is a dedicated service from Citizens Advice. Our service:

• is free, independent and confidential
• supports clients start a new Universal Credit claim through to the first full payment
• helps us identify the right support for each client through individual needs assessment
• offers interpreters where English is an additional language
• Our trained advisers can
  • check eligibility
  • support with the completion of the application
  • help prepare for the first JCP appointment
